I get ill.
Using original Baybayin script, I translated the phrase, "Walang matigas na tinapay sa mainit na kape" (There can be no hard bread in hot coffee). The phrase takes on several meanings, so take your pick. This one was done for Ms. ~hoochthepooch
The process was relatively simple: write thousands of conceptual characters in my sketchbook with my calligraphy pens, and select the best versions of each character. Then, scan into Photoshop and vector/pen them up. These characters are relatively much simpler than my older glyphs, since each character can't be too crazy as they have to fit in with each other, rather than stand out individually. I angled and curved the characters with the intention so they would look symmetrical along side each other.
The characters read like this:
Ma Te Ga
Te Na Pa
Ma E Ne
Copyrights and all that legal jazz I got on lock, so if you try to bite ya jaw get knocked!!!
